Address Symptoms and Crises
People have come to see me for individual psychotherapy for many reasons over the years. Usually, a symptom arises (like depression, anxiety, panic attacks, suicidal ideation, or substance abuse), and we get to the bottom of it to find out what is causing the distress – or a crisis occurs (divorce or separation, death of a loved one, loss of a job) that forces some kind of reconciliation.
